Our Gender Pay Gap Report 2017

From 2017 onwards, all UK organisations with over 250 employees are now required to publicly report on their Gender Pay and Bonus Gaps, as stipulated by the Equality Act 2010. Our data was collected on 5th April 2017, when our workforce consisted of 95 women and 187 men. 

 

  

Women’s earning are:

 Mean gender pay gap in hourly pay 

9.5% lower

 Median gender pay gap in hourly pay 

6.7% higher

 Difference in mean bonus payments 

52% lower*

Difference in median bonus payments

69% lower*

*The difference in bonus payments is driven by a higher percentage of males on our board.
