Should you receive an item that is faulty within your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your company name, image and description of the fault, and if possible, order number and we will arrange a replacement frame for you straight away.

For all products that are found to be manufacturer fault, we will provide a full refund or replacement and credit your return postage.
Once registered we will provide you with brochure information and supply prices on request. This is to ensure we provide prices in the relevant currency to your account (£GBP, €EUR, $USD).
The prices we provide are exclusive of VAT, we will send you a full VAT invoice with your order (applies exclusively to UK domestic accounts).
We endeavour to provide an up-to-date stock list to customers at least once a month to help ensure you have the most relevant stock information, however, should an item be out of stock please contact email@example.com with the item you require and we will do our best to source the item or suggest an alternative.
Sizes for all our frames are provided in our e-brochures as well as on every frame. Should you wish further assistance contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with the information you require for the relevant frame and we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
Our prices are already highly competitive, however, we do on occasion launch special offers for limited periods. Once registered as a customer we will be able to send these offers through to you as they happen.
